SpamNull is released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify and distribute it, including commercially, provided the copyright and license notice is retained. The full license text ships with the package and is available in the repository.

Detection is based on a curated blocklist filtered against a whitelist of known-good mail providers. Blocklists are never complete or perfect: false positives and false negatives are expected. SpamNull is a signal to combine with your own verification, not a guarantee about any address or domain.

• Do not use SpamNull to harass, profile or discriminate against people.
• Do not present its output as a verified fact about an individual.
• Give users a way to appeal when an address is rejected.
• Comply with the privacy and data-protection laws that apply to you.
